We Have Walked This Road. Faith Carried Us Through It.
I moved my dad out of his home, planned his funeral, and closed his estate, all back to back, without a team beside me. Lineage Estates is the help I wish I had had.
Why This Exists
It All Came Back to Back.
We moved my dad out of his home and into a senior care facility. He passed not long after. Then came the funeral, and after that the long work of closing his estate. Each step followed the last with no room to breathe.
My mom carried a great deal of it. I was living overseas at the time, and I wished I could do more. I had no team then. I wish I had had help.
Two passages carried me through. James taught me to look for gratitude in a hard season, and Philippians gave me a peace I could not explain.
Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.

Faith and Ministry
The Minister Behind the Work
I am the Discipleship Minister on staff at Creative Church in Maple Grove, Minnesota. My wife Shanriell and I have a combined 15 years serving at our local church. I have preached Sunday services in different states and countries, but my main ministry is discipling members and leaders, one on one and in small groups.
Our focus is Jesus Christ and finding gratitude, even in a season that feels like loss. Every Lineage Estates family receives free ministry meetings and grief meetings, and extended family is welcome to join. Signature families receive the most direct time with me. Every family is invited to a monthly Zoom encouragement call.
I am sharing my story and what we offer. What you believe, and what you do with it, is entirely yours.
What We Stand For
The Principles We Will Never Compromise
Absolute Discretion
What happens inside your family’s transition stays there. Confidentiality agreements are available for every engagement. We do not share names, circumstances, or any detail about your family without your explicit permission.
Personal, Not Corporate
You will never reach a call center or fill out a ticket. Lineage Estates is intentionally small and selective. Every family we work with receives direct access to leadership, not a junior coordinator managing 40 other families.
Objective Decision-Making
Family disagreements about belongings and decisions are one of the most painful parts of a transition. Our proprietary tools create a fair, private process that resolves conflict without blame, protecting relationships that matter far beyond any piece of furniture.
Premium, Not Mass-Market
We serve a limited number of families. This is a deliberate choice. The work requires full attention, the kind a national chain cannot give. We are not the right fit for everyone, and we are honest about that.
Legal & Sensitive Circumstances
Estates involving active litigation, contested wills, blended families, or public figures require a different level of care. We work quietly alongside your attorney, and nothing goes on record without intention. If your situation is complex, we are equipped for it.
Planning Before You Need It
The families who experience the most peace during a transition are the ones who planned ahead. We offer advance engagement packages so parents can work with us now, documenting their wishes, preparing their families, and locking in care before a crisis forces decisions under pressure.
Ministry of Presence
We are a family of faith, and we do not leave that at the door. When a loved one is in declining health, any Lineage Estates family may call on us to come to the bedside, pray, and be present. This is not a service. There is no charge. It is simply what we do because of who we are.
